Grant Holmes and the Character Experience

Boris Dimitri Killamov. Assassin Why Character? Grant asks, "Why NOT Character?!" First, why use characters to deliver a message?

People love to use their imagination. Too many motivational speakers expect an audience to listen to them blather on and on, listening to a stream of works without expecting the audience to think. Often not giving them time to. Many speakers are known for a given subject, so the audience comes in with set expectations. Therefore, even when considered an "expert", many speakers cause an audience to set boundaries and put up barriers.

So what difference does a character make? A character allows the audience to drop those barriers. As a character takes the stage, the audience WANTS to be involved! They engage immediately. Where is this character from? Where is he going to take us? What will we experience? What is the story? A character involves them immediately!

"We were pleased to have Grant Holmes as part of our 90 Day Planning Event for business owners. He did a wonderful job weaving his characterization of "Coach Delmar" into the fabric of our foundational themes of team, the importance of developing a plan, and taking steps to implement the plan. Grant is creative and flexible and gave our participants a moment to take a breather from the typical business seminar format with his presentation."

Another positive outcome is that more often than not, organizations have a theme when they invite a speaker. What's more fun or engaging to an audience, a conference titled: Dirk Dundeekirk, Elephant Hunter

  • "Strategies for Optimizing the Outcome of Organizational Problems", presented by Fester Feeblespeeker (yawn),
And what do you call that..."SOOOP?"
Or one like,
  • "Assassinate Bad Attitudes in your Organization!" with Keynote Celebrity Boris Killamov, former Soviet Spy.

Which presentation would you rather attend?

You will see interest in your gathering surge! Attendance will increase! People will leave excited and energized. Missions are fulfilled.

We will be the first to admit that "The Character Experience" isn't for everyone. Some organizations just want to keep doing the same old thing and want to continue to get the same results.

However, some groups understand that the world is changing at a pace that boggles the mind. They also understand that new models of learning can challenge their group to better performance. Contact us about Grant customizing his presentation to your theme or organizational needs.
